Come together right now over me

One of the Michael Jackson’s songs I like the most was written by John Lennon and performed by The Beatles. Great minds think alike. Jackson bought the rights for that song and some others by The Beatles, but I would say he had to sell some of them to Sony since he owed that company quite a ton of money. Jackson getting The Beatles’s songs caused him issues with Paul McCartney… I have read something about Jackson giving back Beatles songs to Paul McCartney in his will, if he still owned any of those songs, but I haven’t seen it confirmed by an official source.

Anyway. I love this cover. It’s so “Michael Jackson” in the music (the original sounds Michael Jackson-ish for me) and so “Beatles” in the lyrics. Enjoy.

I love this song I had completely forgotton about it. I didn’t realise it was one of the Beatles songs originally. Thanks for posting this!
