Collectanea.org (well, the server) was hacked this week in several waves by several hackers. It was the Nth time in the last years, and last time they really messed up the backend of the site. Although I’ve had my own reseller account for a while now, I kept everything hosted with Ataraxy because of sentimental reasons: it was one of my first hosts. Anyway, they don’t seem to be aware of security holes and they haven’t updated some modules for ages (I had requested PHP to be upgraded to version 5, but I am still waiting), so I’m moving everything to SurPass, well, more precisely to Traduxnet, my company, where we also offer webhosting services. Pretty much I own in the Internet (the exception is Diletante.net) is there.
I am also moving Helen‘s files, the most loyal hostee ever. If someone else that used to be hosted at Collectanea.org wants their files back online or have their FTP account restored, just drop me a line. I’ve got plenty of space, but I’m rather busy these days and I’m not taking the time to move more files and create accounts unless you really need it (Frauke, even if you don’t really need it, I can devote that time to you ;)).
Well, this is all so far. Take care, have fun. Bonne rentrée.
